Gecko has almost an almost unnoticeable slight kink or indent on the lower back right side of his top torso.

I can't determine what it is. From my experience this is most likely just a natural very slight deformity, which any animal can be born with and not linked to anything that would cause an issue with his quality of life or breeding.

It is of my opinion that he should have no issues and the indent is so slight it's almost not noticeable. I also do not think he would have a problem breeding if you wanted to breed him, nor do I think what he has is hereditary but rather just bad luck born with a very slight kink in that area (either muscle or bone, it's hard to tell, and he does not show any signs of weakness or problems at all).
