Animal shipping is a one time per order cost of only $44.95. It is always overnight at your convenience and you may include as many animals in this one order as you desire! Shipping is FREE on orders $500 or above!
Some customers like to purchase an animal and then wait a couple weeks until our next website update to see if there's any more animals they would like to add to their order to save on shipping! :D
Customers will be contacted within a couple hours of purchase first by text to arrange shipping for your convenience. If we cannot reach you by text we will attempt through email then phone within a few hours after that.
All animal shipments are made overnight and delivery can be setup to your home or Fed Ex hub for any Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as these are the days reptiles can safely ship in the United States.
If delivered to your home the Fed Ex driver will arrive between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm, and will not ask for a signature but simply leave the package on the front porch.
If no one will be home to bring the package inside right away, we will help you arrange for the package to be held at an animal approved Fed Ex Hub near you for pickup. We can also arrange for shipment to your work, or a family/friends house for your convenience!
If a delay happens we support all our customers with assisted tracking to ensure the animal arrives live and well. A full refund, including shipping costs, is always granted if an animal arrives deceased. We simply ask the customer to notify us immediately with time-stamped photographs of the box, the packing, and the deceased animal.
This is an extremely rare scenario and we do not expect this to happen with any package.
